Come out of your homes, come out of that place where you have been worshipping in seclusion.  I said come out with me for the wind is beginning to blow again in this land and I’m moving you from one dimension.  I have renewed you, but now I’m awakening you for it is the land that I am awakening says the Lord and I am developing a strategy for your gatherings for and as you gather as you receive my wind I will send you forth with life for now I have come down to give you directives over how to move so worship me in a way that I will begin to walk with you as the changes begin to manifest in this land. 

…Overturn, overturn, overturn. There will be 3 overturnings that have caused the force of my breath and the force of my voice and the power of my Spirit to not have full manifestation so I say, let me show you the power of overturning for I will overturn in 3 key places.  I say go to the highest place of this land and begin to decree over the land that the eye of the Lord is upon Vermont and that which is brooding, that which has been occupying this place through secret societies will begin to overturn. I say my Spirit is coming to defy all other spirits of this land and it will be known that I am walking through the land with you.

Summary of teaching/sharing time:

The King is in the Field – Approach him and Allow Him to Shine His Countenance Upon You

This becomes a very important concept in time. Timing is very important:  to get focused in time. During this time that goes through Yom Kippur, we find that there is a Biblical precedent that the King is in the field. What does that mean? That means that the King will come off of His throne and go evaluate the fields.  It gave the King access to the people and the people access to the King so they could get their next strategy. See a lot of times, we just miss our windows of how God wants us to move forward and when you get into God’s timing like that, He begins to shine down and favor you for your future, to accomplish what He would have you accomplish in your future.

I believe that you are in God’s perfect time.  God has chosen this place and where you are about to go, which we do not know all of the details of it, but He has chosen it to get you walking in the right time. Some way or another, you have a good enough prototype, you’ve been through enough in the past to get you moving forward the next 3 years.  And we want to discuss that so we can move forward.

We do not want to miss it when the King is in the field.   It is the same principle of David taking off his robe and coming down and dancing with the people. So there is always a requirement for us to remove one garment we’ve had on and come down and be with the people. The King always makes himself available to the people, a true King.

The field is an apostolic term.  The King is an apostolic term.  So it means you are evaluating things from an apostolic standpoint.  That is what makes this season different from the renewal season. The renewal season was a wonderful season where God was dealing with us individually, moving on us, renewing us, moving with us. We’ve entered into apostolic season because we are in a war season.  And in a war season, you are hoping that you remain renewed  so you have strength to advance.

And you are going to have to understand who your Captains are. A good way of understanding the apostolic is to look over in 2 Cor 10 and see where Paul explains his field or sphere of authority. Apostolic not only has functional authority, but there is a territorial authority to the apostolic where you walk to define how is your territory going to move.  You also want to find how your function will operate in a season.  Both of those things are apostolic in spheres of authority. And it has boundaries to it.  In other words, you want to define how your field really operates.  It will probably start with Vermont but it might touch New England because it is part of New England region.  You look at it like, okay Lord you moved us forward in this field, now you might give us 10 more cities or 10 more states to be an example to.

It also means that the King is evaluating his field and you should be evaluating your field apostolically. I think that word that you received in Las Vegas (Pastors Mike and Diana) was an apostolic, prophetic directive to move forward and begin to draw together and see how to move forward in this state. Which you are doing, you don’t need to wonder about what you are doing, you are doing it this morning.

As we enter the next season, in the next season, there are a couple of things that you want to evaluate:

New England has taught me how to seek the Lord.  Every major transition in my life I have made up here. There is something about me that I can find God in your field. If I can find God in your field, I know you can find God in your field.  I am making one right now that’s why I am here a couple of extra days so I can just see what the Lord is doing.  And so I know that the Lord is very present in your field. 

We are going to start with Luke 14:25 because Jesus is teaching them, discipling them, explaining to them how to follow him and how to move forward.  To move apostolically, you have to be discipled. One that is discipled is a learner and then apostolically you are sent to accomplish a mission.  Now here is the problem that I find apostolically:  some way or another, the apostolic gift is prone to a snare of hierarchial authority. Therefore when seasons are changing, the apostolic gift does not realize that it needs to be a learner. It thinks that it has got it!  “Well, I’m in authority, I’ve learned everything that I need to know and this is how we will do it!” That is where you do not process the time concept of God and therefore you do not pull back and say Lord teach me again so I can move in this gift and be sent new unto the field.  Where you were leading in the past season, you don’t pull aside to be taught so you can lead in the next season and you just try to keep leading the same way you were leading in the last season.  You can’t do that!  It is not a hierarchial gift.  It is a prototype gift. It is why it is “first apostles” –prototype. Let God develop a prototype through this gift that can help everyone see the model that I God is trying to present.  This is one of the most misunderstood things in the apostolic sphere.

I got an historical email from Christie and Kathi Leary about renewal – I just read it last night after I got home and it even made last night make more sense. You are at a very good place because renewal was very strong here. Every 7 years there is a completion of a season.  You can go back and look at 7 years (2001) and see that God was completing a season of renewal. And then you go into a transition season and then at 12 years, you start a new administration (2006).  You are moving into your 12^th year, right?  It is time for your new administration to come forth - renewal. When you get the head of the year, you are moving in, right now to the next administration of the move of God in Vermont. You want to say, Lord, how are we going to do this? What do you want us to do? And, we always need to learn ahead when you are doing that. God gives you a transition time to learn new things and to move new ways.

I am an astute observer. I saw it today and last night. You are going to move into this season with DYNAMIC WORSHIP.  You are not going to move in with just a prayer movement. As a matter of fact, I am writing a memo that Christie and Kathi will get, I have waited all year to write it – to the head of the year to write it –

The prayer movement shifts, this year it moves into a new administration.  I have been in it since it began and we will move into an apostolic movement where you have warring intercessors that are supporting the plan in the field. That is different than a prayer movement.  And so the wineskin has to change for these next 3 years or we will not make it until the end of these next three years.  It will intensify these next 3 years so if we do not get our act together in the field, our field will not be good. 

The problem that you have in New England, especially New Hampshire and Vermont, also Prince Edward Island, you three are like an island unto yourself.  You look around and say, well war couldn’t come to our states. Why would we have to war, we don’t even need the rest of the nation, we are pretty enough without it. Now honestly, that’s what it looks like. You do have a goodness of God on you that you do not sense everywhere else and you need to recognize that about yourself.  You get cold and isolated and hardened but you do have a goodness of God up here and a resourcefulness that is beyond what many places have.  That says to us that God wants to teach you somethings that you can teach the rest of us and He wants to move with you in a way – there is no telling what can happen when He comes down in corporate meetings and work places.  You might come up with the invention of the century. 

 There is an anointing here that could get unlocked in an incredible way. You are some sort of “first fruit” type of environment here.

When Jesus is talking here he says , If you are going to follow me, you are going to have to let go of wife, children, brother, sister and if you aren’t willing to let go of relationships that you are putting before me you can’t be taught.  That is what it says. That is the thing that I have seen with Pam that has been your greatest strength up here.  Once she saw my call, she made sure I accomplished it.  Now that is a word to all of you.  Once you see someone else’s call, make sure they accomplish it. She has made sure that I follow the Lord, and when people have raved about me going and us having kids, she has said God did not give us kids until He told you to go. You make sure you keep going so our kids are fine. You make sure that you keep operating prophetically and it doesn’t really matter who likes it.  I saw her say to me, keep going (story about Christmas dinner). I think that you will start doing that when you start seeing gifts arise for the future because this is the one thing that I see – that the easiest thing to understand the apostolic for a time, is to understand that in the apostolic – you can go to the Old Testament and see the Captains, don’t just look at Kings, but the Captains were the ones – remember that David chose his Captains based on who would go up the water spout – watch who God raises up as Captains for a season and then try to help them accomplish what God is telling you to accomplish. That breaks you out of a pastor mentality where you each got your field, your small field, that you are taking care of and the sheep in that field and you are seeing the bigger field and saying this is how we can accomplish what God is telling us to accomplish.  That becomes very important.

Watch the Captains that God raises up.

If you do not bear my cross and come after me, you can’t be my disciple. Then, He is saying that we are going to have to let Him crucify certain things in you so you can keep following.  Then there are 2 dynamics that he deals with, those who are intending to build a tower, sit down first and count the cost. Do you have enough to finish it? Lest you build the foundation and not be able to fix it and all who see it begin to mock.

First thing you need to know is what are you going to build? What is God telling us to do in the next 3 years? What is the building plan?

Who is going to be leading different portions of the building plan and what is the building plan the will lead them?  Luke 14:25-29 Then you will need to know, what is our resources for building?

Do you have the strength to get to the finish line in the next 3 years?  How do we interact and how do we keep each other moving so we can complete this thing that God is calling us to do?

The next thing we have to understand if we are going to move with God is the war dynamic. See that is what makes this a different season.  Renewal did not have this.  Renewal was not a building season, it was a renewing season.  You were being restored because of all of your problems of the past.  Those who rejected the  renewal will have a harder time in this season – you want to get in on every move of God because there are things in it that we need for the next season. For each season, look at the church – where are we moving apostolically?  Where are we prophetically? Where is our prophetic strength to keep us moving? Where is our strength in worship? Where is some great meeting places?  Where can we meet?  We got to evaluate these things. Where is an area in Vermont that we have not met and worshipped?  You want a central place to gather but then apostolics go out from there.  We are responsible to secure our borders. You got to think like that from an apostolic stand point.

And you want to know who you are warring with. It is an important dynamic.  You can fellowship with everybody as part of the Church but you can’t go to war with all of them. You have to develop your fellowship times and you have to develop those that are in it with you (war with).  I can tell who I can war with based upon who I can worship with.  That is why the book Worship Warrior is so important. I can go to war with people that I can worship with because they have similar DNA and they worship the same way and they have the mentality that they are going to press through. That is unity , certain people will be in some dynamics with you but not in others.  And don’t be bound up in that, they don’t need to be in certain dynamics with you.  So these 2 different dynamics become the 2 most important characteristics in this season. 

Are there some conditions of peace that you could settle and agree on? Agree quickly in this hour.  Don’t be swatting at gnats. If you are swatting at gnats at little things, you are going to be swinging at curve balls and lose the game. That is how simple it is.  This is what Jesus said and then move forward.

Here is also what you have to look for at the changing of seasons:

• New relationships: There are some people in the last season that won’t go and there are others are who ready to get on the band wagon now. 
• New acts:  Biblically, Acts is a great historical book – when God moves into a new season we see new acts. He starts manifesting Himself with signs, wonders and miracles, especially signs because signs keep you pointed in the right direction.  Signs are pointers.
• A new wholeness: Then you have to have time where you are being restored so your soul has strength and that is why worship, again, is so important and sometimes you need to just meet together and have a good time because that just restores you.  Its restoration – not just fellowship.  Have a revival meeting and you just laugh, you have a great time and get prayed for and you move forward.  You don’t have to have strategy because if you are not whole enough to get strategy, it is going to leak out of you anyway.
• New weapons for the war ahead: Don’t use the same weapons from the last season. Get new weapons. Peter Wagner is going to have 3 international congresses next year – one on warfare and intercession, one on the prophetic and one on the changing church. Because we came to the conclusion that we can teach all of the time but we have got to have 3 distinct dynamics where we shift the people into the dynamic that is right now. Then you apostolose them from those meetings and they just take it out.
• A new garment of favor:  You have got to allow the past reproaches to let go of you, that is what a garment of favor is. You have to let go of judgements from the past season and put on the new garment.
• A new sound: Then grab hold of the sound that is leading you forward. You want to blend your sounds. I tell you what, if you can get worshipping around this region and then hitting the key issues of impartation, you will begin to see things change.  Worship, impart the key things that are we feel are important and decree against that which is creating a wrong atmosphere, but let your sound go first.
• Receive a new anointing: See that was the key to David’s life, he received a new anointing as his territory increased, as his sphere and field increased. He had a new anointing to go with it.
  

And finally, I want to leave this with you.  I hear the Lord saying this to you: DIG A NEW WELL!!!!!  Gen 26:18

Do not recreate renewal because you are in a new season. You want to have renewal times but we don’t want to try to recreate renewal.  You can’t do that.  You need to move into strength and strategy because we are in building and war (season).  That was not in the renewal season.

Gen 26:18  This is where Isaac left and went to King Abimelech and went back to where Abraham had been, and it says in verse 18, Isaac dug again the wells of water that they had dug in the days of Abraham for the Philistines had filled them up after the death of Abraham.  He called them by the names that Abraham called them - so it does not mean that you don’t go back and redig those wells. In other words, yes have a renewal meeting because you need it but noticed what happened, he dug it and then the herdsmen of Gerar quarreled with Isaac’s herdsmen saying the water is ours so he called the name of the well Esek which means quarrel. If you don’t keep moving, in other words, you can go back and redig the well but there are issues with that move of God that will come full circle on you again that people did not like.  So you will find a lot of quarreling if you don’t keep moving. Notice what happens here, he redigs another well and he calls that well Sitnah. Sitnah meant enmity. You are going to find, its going to, if you don’t have a whole new strategy and keep moving, you’re going to settle down and its going to create enmity in groups.  Keep moving past enmity.  But then you finally come to a place, notice what happens here, he dug another well and they did not quarrel over it so they called its name Rohoboth because he said now the Lord has made room for us.  We shall be fruitful in the land and I think that is where you are. I think that you are at this place. I don’t think that you are going back just trying to create something new here. You are really here if you’ll see God is ready for us to dig something because He is giving us space now. We understand our territory better, we have dealt with our territory better. He is saying that I am giving you room to really start opening up somethings that you have never really opened up. That is what that means to us. Notice what it says after that, it says after that, it says then the Lord appeared to him.  After he looked at the spacious call that God had given him and he dug up the well to drink that.  You are asking God for that visitation where it is known that His visitation is in Vermont, in this region.  There he built an altar and called on the Name of the Lord and pitched his tent there and Isaac’s servants dug another well. You see, we need to keep going until we are bringing forth the water for this season.  That’s the point.

You are in God’s perfect time. You have a good core to move forward. You have a great meeting facility, a central meeting facility to go out from and I really think that you could move forward in this state and accomplish everything God is saying to you. You prophecy according to your faith and I have faith for you. You have a good intercessory base – it is going to increase.  God said that last night. People that you have had interceding with you in the last season, you will review and see who is with you to build in this next season.  And then you are going to quadruple and you are going to find that there is going to be people from all sorts of ? saying yes we are on board with you in this next move of God in Vermont.  You are going to find that if you just begin to move – you don’t really know who God has chosen for this next wineskin – that’s why it has to be evaluated, you have to go through evaluation times and a connecting time to see who is moving in this next wineskin and who God is raising up in this hour.

I think that you can assume that everyone here is a part and the group that we had last night.  I did not see any resistance in those who were here last night so you have a pretty good core group to move forward with.  You have good leadership. You have people who understand the apostolic from the past and people who understand the renewal of the Spirit from the past.  You have a good core here to move forward. 

Questions/Answers:

Healing will be an avenue that God uses to awaken to God’s power.  Encourage the Pastors all across Vermont to teach on healing and it will cause people’s faith to rise.
