History

Bob & Dee Since 1996 a small group of friends produced concerts, coffeehouses, worship seminars around the region under the name "Out of Town Productions."  In April of 2000, we produced an event called "Arise New England" with ministry guests Tommy Tenney, plus Kathleen Verna, Jon Hamill, James Berkley, and others. That event increased our web presence and the web calendar was born.  We also started providing some support for guest ministries itinerating in New England. Out of Town Productions produced many events in Vermont and New Hampshire, but in January 2001 Revival Connections was born as a ministry. On August 27, 2001, a group of 12 friends gathered together for a potluck dinner, worship and prayer in our little living room on a Monday night. (We  met weekly on Monday nights until November 2005, but the food hasn't stopped.) We cleaned out the garage and it was soon nicknamed the "White Horse Cave" because many of us were like the men who gathered with David at the Cave of Adullam, in debt, distressed and discontented. Much to our amazement, the Lord provided for supplies and furniture we could afford, and international ministry guests came through our garage.

As much as we loved the Cave, by Memorial Day weekend of 2002, we needed to move into a bigger location with much more parking. We moved to the "round room" at the old Kelton Complex. For pictures of the Kelton Complex and the elephants performing in our place. REALLY!

We didn't want to lose the home meeting feel and so dinner tables and sofas soon filled the bigger space. We were no longer hidden in our cave garage, so the White Horse Cave became the "White Horse Cafe" and the food and the ministry has continued. The Lord poured out his presence in the fall of 2002 and we met nightly for eleven weeks. We called it the "Mercy Revival" because God did pour out his mercy. More on the Mercy Revival. We were changed.

Since 2001 we've been blessed to host each year at least 40 ministry guests from around the world and also many hundreds of saints who have come to soak in the anointing and the Presence of God. It has truly been an honor for all of us. If you haven't come to be with us yet, please come to White River Junction, Vermont, eat supper with us, get a cup of coffee and join in the worship and the meeting. We never know what the Lord will do any night that we gather together.

Dee Copley is founder, pastor and director of Revival Connections in Hartford (White River Jct.) Vermont. She has a passion for the Lord's presence and for believers to possess their inheritance. Dee started leading worship with her guitar when she was 15. A worship style has developed that is very inclusive and flowing with a refreshing of the Holy Spirit.

Anderson and International Apostolic Ministries (IAM). In August of 2001 Dee and her husband Todd Arbogast, opened their home to Monday night worship and prayer gatherings. It quickly out grew the house and the garage, which was also known as "the Cave". In the fall of 2002, the Mercy Revival poured out nightly for eleven weeks.  Todd was ordained in 2006. Dee and Todd have been married for 28 years and live in Hartford with their 21 year old daughter, Rachel.

International Apostolic Ministries Statement of Faith

As Christian ministers, associated together for fellowship and service in International Apostolic Ministries, we formulate the following declaration of things most surely believed among us, praying there will be no harmful or derisive differences among us and that we may keep the unity of the faith in love, to the which all men may see the example set before them and therefore preach Christ to the world as the only means of salvation from sin and its effects and thus glorify God.

That we may all be of the same mind, same judgment, speaking the same things, (1 Corinthians 1:10) building up Jesus Christ, the Chief Corner Stone (1 Pet. 2:6), known as the I AM (John 8:58), the Apostle and High Priest of our confession (Hebrews 3:1) and the things taught in the Holy Scriptures concerning Him; edifying His people and giving Christian witness to the world.

We believe:

In the One True God, who reveals Himself in three distinct persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Three being one and equal and eternally self existent as the Great "I AM".

...That Jesus Christ is the Only Begotten Son, born of a virgin, who ministered the love and the will of the Father, was, and is, very God and Creator of all things.
...That He was crucified and died for all men, and then overcame death by resurrecting from the grave on the third day that man might have new life in Him.
...That He ascended to the Father and presented His precious Blood, and is seated at the right-hand of the Father therefore becoming intercession for us all, and has sent forth His Holy Spirit to indwell and empower believers.
...That this same Jesus is LORD of all.
...That He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
...That you must be born-again, receiving Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior, in order to see the Kingdom of God.
...That believers should be baptized with water.
...That He will baptize believers with the Holy Ghost and fire. This is according to Acts Chapters One and Two with the evidence of signs and wonders including speaking with other tongues.
...That all the gifts of the Spirit are operable in the Church of Jesus Christ today.
...That the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
...That the LORD Jesus Christ will soon return!
…In unity of believers of all denominations in the fellowship of the "Church" in love and worship of Jesus Christ as LORD, in one accord.
…That God is no respecter of persons, for, in Christ "there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male or female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus."
...That as believers we have been given a universal commission to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel..."
…That as believers we must not forsake the assembling of ourselves together (and all the more in these last days). That Church attendance, fellowship, and submission one to another, will play a very important part in our deliverance from this world.
…That God has set in the Church the five-fold ministry gifts of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds and Teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ.

Besides these tenets, we strongly believe that women have equal right to five-fold ministry and leadership in any church government.  We are a people of a "new wine" experience and will remain so.
