Janet and I are still in Trujillo and we will be here until we leave
for Lima on Saturday. Earlier we were a little unclear about our plans
but God gave me a strong word about staying in Trujillo until going to
Marco Llinella's church in Lima for Sunday services. Then we have a
couple of days to check out Lima before coming home on Tuesday night,
arriving into Boston on Wednesday morning.
So we're starting our second week in Trujillo. It really makes a
difference to stay in one place and get to know the people and the
ministries! I don't think I have ever felt enveloped by so much love in
my whole life!
DAY SEVEN - Monday, April 21
We had an easy day on Monday. The meeting that we had was in the hotel
where we're staying so we had a late lunch at Mario and Sara's.
We
decided to use the bigger conference room on the 5th floor at our motel
because the noise level would be more contained. It turned out to be a
high place over the city even though it was only the fifth floor and we
had an incredible view of the night sky line. During worship the glory
came in so thick! The prophetic stream started and I was getting words
about what the Lord wants to do in Trujillo - Isaiah 35:1-8. I had
words for the two young men from Washington State as well, Luke and
David. It's amazing what gets pulled out of you in other places!
All of the teaching words that the Lord has given me this whole
week
have been on how to position yourself for receiving the blessing of God
and for prosperity. Janet had an awesome testimony about the offering
and she shared that before the offering was received and it built faith
in the room.
The Lord had given me a teaching for Monday on being trained up by the
Holy Spirit and the differences between conviction, condemnation,
chastisement and confrontation by the Spirit for going to the next
dimension. He also gave me a proclamation using many of the symbols of
redemption that Jesus has given us with the new covenant. I declared it
and Sara translated and they decreed it for themselves. It was a
powerful night! I anointed people again with the oil from Israel and
the Lord was so faithful to minister to many of them.
During the night the words that were coming out of my mouth, I was
remembering that they had come as prophetic words in the fall of 2005
and winter of 2006. It was a revelation download for me that NOW is the
time for this! I feel like we've stepped into our destiny and calling!
Reconciliation of the nations
Restoration of the people
Redemption of the world
Recompense and restitution of the Lord
Words that I received 10 years ago are for right now! No wonder the
enemy didn't want me to come here this trip! I feel like I've received
a teaching message to the nations that I will be developing the rest of
my life. It's like the veil into heaven is thin for me here. What a day!
DAY EIGHT - Tuesday, April 22
A lot of the hard work is done. Today we went to Miracle One and
visited some children at one of the kindergartens. After the children
showed us their singing and reciting, I prayed for them and gave them a
candy. I prayed for the teachers and then one turned around and prayed
for me. The Holy Ghost totally knocked my socks off. This time it was
ME that was the snotty, undone mess!
We hung out with Mario and Sara as they ran some errands. We ran into
one of the teachers at Hope and her face had changed so much that Janet
and I didn't even recognize her as being the same person! She had been
so depressed before and now was so peaceful and gracious that we didn't
recognize her! That was quite stunning to see the difference.
We had a couple of hours of quiet time talking strategy with Mario and
Sara. (It was like the time I had in India with Brother Santhosh. It's
a very special time when that happens. It's like going from ministry
guest to friend.) Then we did some site seeing in BEAUTIFUL downtown
Trujillo!
We ran into one of the Bible School Students and
she was
delighted to see us. She said no one had been to their city to teach
praise and worship and she loved what I taught last week.
I'm thinking that it would be good to get a small group of worshippers
to come down for a week and do three nights of music and worship
training and three nights of revival meetings. It would really make a
difference here. There's a beautiful inexpensive motel across the
street from Mario and Sara's house that looks like a castle! That might
work as a possible place to stay whenever we bring a team. Anyway, it
was a wonderful, full day in the Lord.
Tomorrow I get to start a church at the garbage dump! I'm so excited!
Heidi Baker here we come! LOL!
Then Thursday and Friday evening I teach again at the Bible school.
Saturday we go to Lima. Sunday I think that I preach twice at Marco
Llinella's church and then we'll scope out Lima a bit while we're there.
Please keep praying for us! We want to be hidden under the shadow of
His wings and stuck in the cleft of the Rock!
Love you all! Perhaps tomorrow I'll actually get the photos up onto a
web page for you to see!
